Fire System installation and service requires higher licensing and is monitored by the Fire Marshall for your County or municipality. Added layers of oversight are positioned with your safety and the safety of others that might be on your location at the time of a fire.

Manufacturing chemicals and the exposure to toxic fumes as well as the heat generated by combustible products are all considerations when designing a fire system properly. Multiple floors, bathrooms and areas of access are also considerations when in the design phase. Your structure may have been designed for another type of business or the product installed may be out of date. We service and carry a full line of Fire Lite, Silent Night and Ademco products and all associated hardware within the fire system. The overall process is somewhat in depth and the installation occurs in the following manner.
- Structure Prints or floor plans for your structure must be modified and submitted to the authority that has jurisdiction. Once submitted, the authority that has jurisdiction will schedule a meeting to discuss the project.
- The floor plan or prints will contain the power locations and indicate on the print the locations of the devices necessary for your style of building and are also dictated by the use of the buildings. If changes are necessary, the authority will indicate their concerns and once the print is modified, resubmission for another meeting.
- Once the plan is approved a seal or stamp will be placed on the print. This print must stay on the site location until the project is completed. If the print is lost another plan must be submitted and the process is started all over again.
Once the job is complete, inspection is scheduled. If the inspector notices anything that needs modification, they will annotate the modification and another inspection will be scheduled.
Once approved and passed, you can obtain your certificate of occupancy.
ANNUAL INSPECTIONS
Every year an inspection will be conducted by the authority that has jurisdiction (Fire Marshall). When this happens they may dictate for your vendor to also be available. This meeting may be as long as all morning and will consist of all the following areas:
- BACR Discounts apply with this service.
- Defective devices are replaced under warranty.
- Battery tests performed and monitoring tests
YEARLY CERTIFICATES
When the annual inspection takes place we will issue a new certificate that you may present to your insurance provider. Insurance providers usually provide lower rates for insurance for businesses that have monitored and properly maintained security systems. Remember that each year this inspection is necessary unless other wise indicated by the fire marshall. If you need information please:

SYSTEM MONITORING
Fees for fire system monitoring is higher than that of other types of security services. However, BACR discounts do apply for customers enrolled in the program. These discounts are for customers that cost less to manage, so if you would like consideration, there are a few guidelines that need to be met.
