Once the job is complete, inspection is scheduled. If the inspector notices anything that needs modification, they will annotate the modification and another inspection will be scheduled.

Once approved and passed, you can obtain your certificate of occupancy.

ANNUAL INSPECTIONS

Every year an inspection will be conducted by the authority that has jurisdiction (Fire Marshall). When this happens they may dictate for your vendor to also be available. This meeting may be as long as all morning and will consist of all the following areas:

YEARLY CERTIFICATES

When the annual inspection takes place we will issue a new certificate that you may present to your insurance provider. Insurance providers usually provide lower rates for insurance for businesses that have monitored and properly maintained security systems. SYSTEM MONITORING

Fees for fire system monitoring is higher than that of other types of security services. However, BACR discounts do apply for customers enrolled in the program. These discounts are for customers that cost less to manage, so if you would like consideration, there are a few guidelines that need to be met.
